This issue is dynamite! The whole world of cabaret from A to Z at your fingers tips: The stars, the legends, the icons, the shows, the composers, the history, the styles, the drama, all are here. And we got the best writer and historian in the business to create and grace this issue! Maximillien de Lafayette in person. We are fortunate to have him as our entertainment and music senior editor.
Cabaret is an enigma. It is also frightening, when you come to learn about the human drama, tragedies and horrific fate of legendary artists who ended their lives in total misery and poverty. Cabaret also is happy and vibrant, when successful and talented stars add their magic and uniqueness to its infinitely magnetizing universe. This issue brings you the ups and downs, the happy and sad days, the light and the darkness of the world of cabaret. In addition, extensive in-depth articles on the birth and development of cabaret in the United States and abroad provides wealth of information and excitement. You are going to love it. Everybody is happy except many of our columnists and writers who were deprived -this time- from contributing to this issue, because our intention was to create a golden edition on Cabaret at the expense of loosing wonderful articles and editorials, usually written by our editorial staff. But we had to do it. And no regrets. We are satisfied with the product and the results. I am certain you will agree with me.

News-Express….Hind Rostom, Woman of the Year
Put the Pyramids on the back burner for now, and focus on the 8th wonder of the world; Hind Rostom in the flesh, a dynamite diva who brought the Egyptian cinema to an international level. Little is known about Rostom in the United States, but abroad she is a household name, a world class actress in her own right.
Mot recently she appeared on the cover of two books, World Cinema, the Greatest Actresses of all time, and Hind Rostom, the World Greatest Actress, solely devoted to the illustrious career of Rostom. The astonishing part of the second book is the wealth of information and revelation about this living legend, which remained under the radar of cinema critics and historians for years. Apparently Rostom was at one time the favorite star of the who’s who in motion pictures, to name a few master of suspense Alfred Hitchcock, French icon Simore Signoret, and the one and only Dean Martin.
